                          The girl in the forest

One day there was a girl named Shoele. She was once a happy girl few days later she felt miserable lonely and sad. She thought everybody hated her.

That night she had enough of it she snuck out of her room and went deep in the forest. The sky started getting darker and darker. She started to get cold and she thought someone or something were following her so she started running.

She ran and ran and ran until she couldn't run anymore. She look back and she saw nothing1. It started to rain she couldn't find any shelter she kept searching and searching “finally a cave this will be my shelter for tonight” she said.

The next morning she woke up and she noticed she were in her room. She stormed downstairs to her mum and dad and they said “Thank goodness you're not hurt we’ve been worried sick”!!! “ really” she said  and she started to get calm.

Her dad gave her hot chocolate and a warm blanket then her mum got her a pillow and sang her a lullaby and finally got her to sleep.

She open one of her eye and said I will never ever run away from home again.                                      

The Haunted Village

One day three best friends were going camping. There name was Kevin Gorge and Jack. They went to the deep part of the forest so nobody would bother them. They set up their tent and took a nap. At three o'clock they woke up and started to explore. They saw broken vehicles and tents. They started to go deeper and deeper through the forest. They saw a fence and on it they saw a sign that says do not enter. They looked at each other and started climbing up the fence. They heard some weird noise. it got louder and louder.

It was five o‘clock and they were running out of water. They were walking and suddenly they fell into a village. Gorge said “ let's split up and explore the village and meet back here at five:fourty.” Kevin  looked behind “ is that a elephant!” he said.Gorge went to look at the houses, Kevin went to explore the ship and Jack went to look inside the houses.

Kevin looked at the weird looking tree and saw a child. He went to see if the child was ok but as soon as he blinked the child was gone he heard  some loud noises. He was about to go to Gorge and Jack but when he looked back the child stabbed him it was a dagger that makes you ill. Jack went to look at the ship as soon as he saw Kevin on the ground he ran there has fast as he could he asked him “who did it” Kevin said “you have to get out off the village”. “Get Gorge and get out.”

They were looking for the exit but they couldn't find Gorge saw the child he told Jack to go but Jack didn’t want to. They were getting hungry. They were looking for the exit it took them hours days until they finally found the exit. When they were about to get out of the village the child  told them if you leave I have to kill you. Jack thought the child was bluffing so he walked to the exit and the child killed him. Gorge was terrified he looked down and he saw a very long and sharp stick he whacked the child with it and quickly ran. The child got up and started to chase him Gorge didn’t know what to do he got the stick and threw it at the child’s heart so it gave him some time to lock the gate. He went back to the car and went to both of their parents and said “ your son died I’m sorry for your lost.” He went back to the village and barakated the gate even more so no one would die by the child again.

 One rainy day my alarm went off. I got ready and I told my mum to drop me off to school. When I got to school I hung  my bag and started to dance because that was my fitness. After my fitness two ladies came in and they gave us some art material. They told us that we were going to draw plants.  When I was done drawing I had to paint it with water colouring. When all of us is done we thanked them and the left our class room. 

Holiday Recount

One early morning at 6:00. My dad woke us up and told us to hurry up. ''We are going to be late'' he said.''Get ready for our three hour drive to the waterfall ''said my mum.

I was all ready to go and so was my family.We got into the car and my dad got a phone call. It was from my cousins. Our uncle told us to meet them at Glen Innes. By the time we got there it  was  7:22

After two hours of driving we finally got to the waterfall .We started to swim. My brother and cousin jumped into the lake and started to scream. Both of them were yelling '' I am freezing!" and they quickly got out. They told me to jump in so I did. As soon as I jumped in I started screaming because the lake was so cold. I tried to get out but the rock was too slippery. Luckily my aunty pulled me out.

Later I got out we took pictures of the waterfall and us standing next to the waterfall. Then I went to change and after that we ate cake and kebab because it was my baby sister's birthday. We played soccer,music,movies and took more pictures. At 8:28 we headed back home. We got home it was 9:43.

Lastly my family and I felt tired. We went to bed and told each other stories and asked each other if we had a good day then we slept.

Our coach name is Renee.
She taught us how to play volley ball. She taught us how to do the over arm serve  and the under arm serve. We practice serving at our partners.
If your partner catches your serve you have to move a step forward if they don't you can't move a step forward. Then we learn how to do the dig.

Weekend

In the weekend I watched some TV with my baby sister. Then when my  brother woke up ate some breakfast. We ate egg with bread. After that me my brother and my sister were board so we went to the trampoline. We played who can jump the highest next we played crack the egg.

After that we went back inside and  I  went to play some games I played Fortnite with Texas and Diego.  It was 3:00. So I let my brother play. I watched some YouTube. I watched some horror movies when the movie finished I got hungry so I went to get some thing to eat.

Lastly I went to my cousins house we played  soccer and we played some soccer games on his PlayStation. Then we played doge ball. Then we went back home at 11:37 and we got home at 12:23. 

I felt happy and tired the thing  I enjoyed the most is playing doge ball.

Aliens on earth

On a cold dark day there was this boy named Bill he was in his bed thinking about aliens then he heard a loud strange sound he looked out the window and saw a UFO. He wore his slippers and went to see if there were any survivors than ''Ahhh''!!! he yelled he saw real aliens. There were two of them he was going to go tell his mum then the aliens threw a rope around Bill and pulled him into the UFO. they told him ''You can't tell anyone.''

The told him ''They were stuck on this planet and they need to get back home. They went to the junk yard and got old car parts.
After that they came back to the UFO
and the aliens started to fix their broken ship. They started the engine and it started flying they said '' Thank you Bill'' and they flew to space. Than Bill went back upstairs and took along nap.                            

Land Past and Present

The Storm

One day I went to school, it was raining so my dad dropped  me off to school.

When I got to school I walked in the class room and we were doing a maths test. When we were doing the test I sharped up my pencil. When we were half way though the test it was really hard. Half of the questions I didn't even know. So we finished the test and the bell rang for lunch. 

After school I looked out the window and saw the storm coming , I was really scared.  The storm got faster and faster, when I got to the Point England  beach. The storm suddenly stopped. I found a map and I looked at it. I saw me I was in a circle I said "The storm didn't get me because I was in the circle."
I ran back home. 

Finally I got back home and I saw an  elevator and I said "That was never there before." I went in the elevator and I clicked on the max button
and it took me to the top and I saw this orb creating all this deadly storm. 

I jumped and grabbed the orb.
I went down the elevator back to my house and I filled the tub with hot water and I dropped the orb then it got exploded.
Then the storm got smaller and smaller and POOF!!! "THE STORM IS GONE!!!" I shouted.

Then I looked back and the elevator was gone I went to watch the news and it said " local boy named Nurul save our hole country thanks to him we will live to see another day."
                                                                    

The Rescue

Karetaki went under the sea to look for her Pinia. He saw Pania trapped in a cage. Pinia  saw him coming she told him not come.Then the guards saw him and trapped him to. When the guards weren't looking broke out of the cage.

Then he broke Pinia out of the cage as well. Then the swam to the surface until the king saw them and rushed over to them the quickly ran into their house and lock the door Pinia said "They will never stop coming for us" so she had to sacrifice her self to the king.

The Game

One day it was my big day because it was my brothers birthday my dad bought him a game it's called Robot destroyer 2. He was so exited he just put the game into the console and.....WHOOSH!!!! a giant portal just sucked him in.

Then I saw the portal with my brother in the game world so I quickly jumped into the portal then I got sucked in too.
My brother said "Every thing looks so pixaly" Then robot started to come Then we saw some guns behind the bush we've got the guns and we started destroying the robots.

We kept on destroying them until were level 30 then we had to beat up the biggest and baddest robot of all the Terminater!!!
We had to use the rocket launcher on the Terminater and the Terminater exploded.

The we saw the portal back home it was inside the Terminater stomach. We both jumped in at the same time and....We both got home and our parents didn't even realise we were gone.
  

ToiToi

Monday 7th of may we went to room 11 because some of the ToiToi  people are coming. They brought a lot of ToiToi books.
We got into groups and read a lot of stories we read cats and abandon house and more.

My favourite poem was Phoenix because it was short and simple and the picture just look colourful and beautiful.
We read some ToiToi books because we wanted to read Konzay
 story called My Friend Dominic and other stories.

Then we read Cats it was telling you how cats behave.
Then we read Overlooked World. In my group there were only 4 people in room 10 that is Frank Shinqua Kotipi and I.

At the end we all gathered up and we sang them a song called
This is me and then Alamoni and he said thank you then we went back into our rooms.



      

Facts about Dinosaurs

These huge animals ruled the world for more than 150 million years. 

Dinosaurs became extinct about 66 millions years ago.

The  dinosaurs got extinct when an asteroid crashed into earth.

Dinosaurs bones are called fossils.

The name of dinosaurs means terrible lizards.

Extinct means no longer living.
Fossils are the remains of plants or an animal preserved in rocks.
Reptiles is a type of animal that is cold blooded and has scales (such as snakes,lizards,turtles, and alligators. )                        

My Best Holiday

First week of the holidays on Friday I was getting prepared because we were going to the Easter show.
I took a shower and brush my teeth and got dressed. 

It was near Alexander Park at Green lane.
I went with my brother my sisters and my dad. I thought we were going to watch a movie but instead it was a carnival. When we drove there I saw a hospital and Alexander park and a car crash with 5 police cars and 2 ambulance.   

We went there because of the Easter show and because it was my birthday.
We played and ran around and went on rides. We went on a scary ride it wasn't even scary it was boring the ride stopped and it was only 30 seconds. That ride was a rip off. 

The rides was the best part of the trip.
We got some milkshake I got chocolate and my family got bananas and strawberry milkshake Then we ate some donuts. 

Finally we only got 5 more tickets they gave the tickets  to me because it was my birthday I went on the boat it shakes when you are around until you get so so dizzy.           


I felt happy and nervous.
I'm glad I went there.
It was the best birthday at New Zealand.

A Bunch of Bananas

There was this girl named hope her grandmother told her to buy some bananas the grandmother gave her 10 tala so she can get the bananas.

She said ''did she want the yellow one so she can eat it straight or the green one so she could bake it.

It taste furry it feels rough and the skin are tough to peel.

A giant mouse

Iron Tamariki

This book I am going to talk about is Iron Tamariki. There was this boy named Mana. His dad Wanted him to be fit enough for the IronMoari Tamariki event. He ran around the park. He got tired.
The next day his mum picked him up from the swimming pool. Mana can swim up to 3 kilometres. The group he was in was the Orca group. It is finally time for the race. He went so fast and... He came first.

His dad was very very proud of him.

The planet is shaped like a sphere it's blue and green. The planet's is  large.It looks like a huge ball in space.It's a globe.It's squishy and smooth like a pillow.The planet has country and island. The planet has water and trees.

Arguments against zoos

We should not have zoos because they are going to be board and they will miss there family and home.They should be free and live there life not to be traped in a cage. Some people might scare the animals.The humans can be a little judgy.

How to draw potrait of yourself

How to draw a potrait of yourself. First draw an oval Make some marks going down in half of an  oval.

Make another 2 marks going across the oval.

Next put your eyes on top of the mark. Put your eye balls in your eyes. Put your lips on the other mark.

Then draw your ears. Rub out the marks.

Finally draw your hair and carefully shaded so it will look nice.

About Me

Hi I am Nurul and I am going to do a writing about myself. My favourite food is pizza and burgers. I am 10 years old my birthday is on March the 31 I was born in Malaysia Kuala lumpur. Monsters are they bad or good

One day there was a boy named Sam.He watched a lot of horror movies but one night he bought this magical horror movie. His friend Fred said''I heard that this movie is totally scary that the monsters inside the movie comes out in real life''. '' Ha ha ha'' Sam laugh there is no such things  that monster really excised.

After the movie when Sam friend Fred went home there were one eye looking at him he got scared and his teeth was raiser sharp his claws are like spike made of hard steel he was so scared that he fainted.

Sam friend Fred came back to his house because he left his phone at his house and he saw the monster and Sam on the ground.The monster raised out his hand and...he said do you want to be my friend Fred said ''yes''.They were the best of friends.They lived happily ever after.Good thing that Sam thought it was a dream otherwise he will call 111 and take Fred monster away to do dangerous experiment.

For this summer learning journey activity I had to watch a waka ama race video, then write on my blog if I want to be in a waka ama race one day, why or why not? I would like to be in a waka ama race because I would like to go fast in a boat.
