Sheep Shearing Record Broken

A New Zealand-based Canadian shearer has set a new world shearing record. Pauline Bolay sheared 510 lambs in eight hours. Pauline Bolay was challenging a women strong record of 507 lambs sheared in eight hours. 

She was the first North American to attempt a shearing world record.

Today was very exciting because it was the last day of tech. I was working by myself to see if I was any better at cooking, we also made Nachos. There are instructions and ingredients to show you how to make it.

Ingredients

Onion
Chilli sauce
Herb
Doritos
Bake bean
Egg
Cheese

Tools:
Pan
Wooden spoon
Serving plate

Step 1: Dice the onion and fry until it is soft.

Step 2: Add egg and fry until it is cooked.

Step 3: Add bake bean, chili sauce, mix herb.

Step 4: Steam for 5 mins.

Step 5: Serve with chips.

Step 6: Done.

Air NZ Offer Flight Exercise Classes

Air NZ is working with a fitness company Les Mills to create a free flight exercise.

At the beginning of next month all Air New Zealand passengers will have access to exercises and techniques.

Les Mills said it's not about doing burpees and tuck jumps in the aisle.
